Breeze restaurant is the perfect unique space for your next event. Breeze includes: Breeze Bar, The Breezeway, and Captain’s Deck which can be rented individually for smaller groups or as a whole. The Breezeway offers large windows and glass walls that can be opened up to create an indoor/outdoor setting or closed in case of inclement weather.
With dividers to customize the space to meet group’s individual needs, smaller groups can take advantage of the Ballroom as well! Your group will enjoy the high ceilings and naturally sunlit room without feeling overwhelmed in too large of a space. This space is also ideal for groups who want to use one section for meetings and a second section for meal breaks or breakouts.
The Point Suite is the perfect space for smaller meetings. This 4th floor water view space has ample windows to offer plenty of natural sunlight, a private restroom, and space for up to 30 people (dependent on setup).
Folger Deck is the perfect location for an intimate private dinner, cocktail reception or casual meeting space. The space includes access to Folger Suite which could act as a breakout room and provides an overnight accommodation if needed.
