A Great Opportunity for Homeowners to Enhance the Reasons to Rent their Home | $15,400

  • Two heated swimming pools: Family pool with sectioned off kiddie pool, and adult pool (seasonal)
  • Supervised Kids’ Club every Monday – Saturday mornings mid-June – Labor Day. Additional Saturday & Sunday supervised Kids’ Club is offered on certain weekends the remainder of the year.
  • Additional evening kids club offered on two summer evenings with dinner for a fee. Ages 3+ (potty-trained) to 12 years old. (Available June 28th-Labor Day)
  • Full gym with cardio stations, circuit training machines and a complete selection of free weights. (for ages 14+)
  • Yoga & Fitness Classes. (for ages 14+)
  • Luxury spa services including a range of massages; facials and skincare treatments. (additional cost for all services)

Eligibility:  Homeowner’s immediate family consisting of up to six people who are residing in homeowner’s island home.

Guest Policy $149 per person for an all-access day pass that includes the use of pools. Offered seasonally 6/15/2026 -9/15/2026.

Homeowner’s tenants. Renters of the homeowner who are residing in the homeowner’s home in lieu of the homeowner while the homeowner is not in residence, for a period of one week or more. For renters, membership is valid for six persons per renter stay provided that the names of the renters and dates of residence are provided to the Nantucket Club at least seven days in advance of the renter’s arrival. Renter must be residing in the home specified by the homeowner as their Nantucket Club Island membership home to be eligible to use the facilities of the Club.

  • Supervised Kid’s Club Saturdays from 8:30 am – 10:30 am & Sundays from 9:00 am – noon (September 15th – June 15th) to allow parent(s) time to work out or to enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch at Breeze restaurant. Ages 3+ (must be potty-trained) to pre-teen.  The Kid’s Club will not be staffed during certain holiday periods during the winter season.  
  • Daily use of heated lower outdoor pool September 15th – October 12, 2025
  • Family Swim hours 11:00 am – 3:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday through October 31st. Towels provided.
  • Full gym with cardio stations, circuit training machines and a complete selection of free weights. (for ages 14+)
  • Outdoor Hot Tub open during Club Hours (for ages 14+)
  • Yoga & Fitness Classes. (for ages 14+)
  • Luxury spa services including a range of massages; facials and skincare treatments. (additional cost for all services)
  • Men/boys and Woman/girls Locker rooms with separate saunas (children allowed with adult supervision)
  • Charging privileges at Breeze
  • Club Members enjoy complimentary children’s birthday party events at The Nantucket Hotel during the winter season when the hotel is open – incurring just F&B charges
  • Access to special family club events throughout the season (some events may require an additional fee)

For Up to 6 Members | $750 – $2495 (date dependent)
