A travel-inspired culinarian with island wanderlust, who is at the helm of our Sailors Valentine restaurant and Breeze bar and lounge. Prior to joining the crew, Chef Michael brought his award-winning creativity to seaside eateries in Newport, Martha’s Vineyard, and the Virgin Islands.
