Two of the most familiar faces at The Nantucket Hotel belong to Carlos and Fulya Castrello. Carlos and Fulya have been an integral part of our family for ten years and the friends they’ve made along the way are a testament to their deep involvement in the Nantucket community and the energy they devote to making everyone’s stay at The Nantucket a special one.

Cooking and music require similar cadence of creativity”. Chef Sireci comes to us from New York City where he led the kitchen at @fineandrarenyc and @theflatironroom.
