Escape to Nantucket for a three-day immersive meditative and wellness experience to refresh the mind and renew the body. Participants will enjoy a program of workshops led by mindfulness coach, Liam McClintock as well as a schedule of fitness and yoga classes throughout the weekend of March 27-29th

Weekend Program

The weekend’s schedule includes four workshop courses with Liam McClintock focusing on meditative approaches to managing stress, sleep, focus, attention, and more. 

Participants will also enjoy a series of yoga and fitness classes to tie mind and body together into one restorative program to help you refresh.

Weekend Packages start at $550 for a hotel room, and include:
